We primarily source fish from the local markets: species from the UAE, Oman, as well as crustaceans from India and Pakistan. Our purchasing team has over fifteen years of experience on the markets and consistently obtains highly qualitative products and competitive prices which we pass on to our customers.

We deliver daily whole fish in ice-packed boxes in refrigerated trucks. This means that local fish is less than twenty-four hours old when it arrives in the kitchen, often less than twelve. We deliver imported product hours after it has landed in the airport: we are committed to ensuring the preservation of the cold-chain (maintaining fish at 2-3°C from the moment it is packaged), working with strict hygiene conditions.

Filleted fish is processed the same day, and delivered in the late afternoon, again under strict temperature conditions.
